Pozzi d'acqua per la Guinea Bissau

ENGLISH TRANSLATION BELOW

Buongiorno,
sono un ingegnere civile che ha lavorato +20 anni in Africa per imprese come Cogefar, Impregilo, Technital, ecc... e per le ONG Alisei e Acra di Milano del settore no-profit.

Voglio mettere a  disposizione il mio know-how tecnico e la mia conoscenza del territorio africano per UN'OPERAZIONE MOLTO DIFFICILE che consiste nel creare pozzi d'acqua potabile nelle zone più impervie della Guinea Bissau, soprattutto sulle isole dell'arcipelago delle Bijagos.

Una sfida che per vari motivi nessuno si sente di raccogliere e che rimane un'emergenza in un contesto in cui la mancanza di un bene primario come l'acqua continua ad alimentare malattie come dissenteria, tifo, colera e vari tipi di epatite.

La popolazione è inerme di fronte a tutto questo, priva di qualsiasi possibilità di risolvere la situazione... nella graduatoria dei Paesi più sottosviluppati la Guinea Bissau è agli ultimi posti. 

Il mio programma è quello di riuscire entro 6 mesi a raccogliere i fondi necessari per poter iniziare a operare in loco in prima persona in un progetto che mi appassiona tantissimo di cui andranno a beneficiare molte persone. IN QUESTO MODO I PROVENTI DELLE DONAZIONI NON PASSANO DI MANO IN MANO E VERRANNO DIRETTAMENTE E INTERAMENTE SPESI A FAVORE DI CHI HA VERAMENTE BISOGNO.

L'obiettivo altrettanto bello e molto importante per cui mi batterò oltre alla realizzazione dei pozzi d'acqua sarà anche quello di fare in modo che tutti i sostenitori partecipino a questa iniziativa nel modo più attivo e coinvolgente possibile.

Water wells for Guinea Bissau

Hi,
I am a civil engineer and I have worked for over 20 years in Africa for companies such as Cogefar, Impregilo, Technital, etc, and for non-profit NGOs Alisei and Acra of Milan.

I want to make available my technical know-how and my knowledge of the African region for A VERY DIFFICULT OPERATION that consists in creating drinking water wells in the most difficult areas of Guinea Bissau, especially on the islands of the Bijagos archipelago.

A challenge that for various reasons no one feels to take up and that remains an emergency in a context in which the lack of a primary commodity such as water continues to fuel diseases such as dysentery, typhus, cholera and various types of hepatitis.

The people are helpless in the face of all this, deprived of any chance of resolving the situation... Guinea Bissau occupies the last places in the rankings of the most underdeveloped countries.

My programme is to be able within 6 months to raise the necessary funds to be able to start operating on site personally in a project that I am very passionate about that will benefit many people. IN THIS WAY, THE PROCEEDS OF DONATIONS WILL NOT CHANGE HANDS AND WILL BE DIRECTLY AND ENTIRELY SPENT ON THOSE WHO REALLY NEED IT.

The equally gratifying and very important objective that I will fight for, in addition to the construction of water wells, will also be to ensure that all those who support me will participate in this initiative in the most active and engaging way possible.
