La SG Cortina con questa nuova iniziativa chiede a tutta la comunità di riferimento e a tutti i suoi tifosi di partecipare quest'anno con un piccolo sforzo per aiutare questa importante realtà sociale.
Anche una condivisione di questo link può significare qualcosa!
A causa infatti delle misure dì contenimento contro il Covid 19 il nostro stadio è rimasto chiuso al pubblico per tutta la stagione 2020/21.
Intendiamo dunque aprire questa raccolta fondi dando la possibilità di donare, sperando in una stagione 21/22 con tutti voi amici e tifosi per riprenderci dalle conseguenze economiche dei nostri eventi e partite a porte chiuse.

La Sportivi Ghiaccio Cortina nasce nel 1924 e sin da allora costituisce, con altre associazioni sportive, l’anima di Cortina essendo stata insignita, inoltre, delle stelle d’Oro e d’Argento del C.O.N.I..
Dopo aver solcato il ghiaccio dello Stadio Apollonio per una trentina d’anni, durante i quali si laureano Campioni d’Italia nel 1931/32, gli Scoiattoli cambiano casa. In occasione delle Olimpiadi invernali del 1956, infatti, viene costruito lo Stadio Olimpico che sarà teatro degli altri 14 scudetti ampezzani che testimoniano il dominio della squadra negli anni 60/70.
Dopo lo stop forzato del 2002 dovuto alla copertura dell’edificio, il Cortina torna dalla stagione 2003/04 a far stabilmente parte del lotto delle migliori formazioni italiane, sfiorando la conquista del 16° scudetto nel Campionato successivo. Dopo una stagione esaltante che ha avuto nell’americano MATT CULLEN la stella più luminosa, infatti, gli ampezzani abbandonano i sogni di gloria solo in gara 7 di finale contro il Milano. Il 16° titolo arriverà, invece,al termine della stagione 2006/07 ancora contro il Milano. Nell’anno 2012 l’Hafro Cortina conquista la Coppa Italia, battendo il Valpusteria in semifinale ed il Bolzano in finale.
La stagione 2019/20 si è conclusa all’improvviso a causa della pandemia Covid-19 ma vedeva al primo posto a pari merito la SG HAFRO Cortina e HC Val Pusteria.
Nell’ anno corrente la nostra squadra chiude la stagione al quinto posto.

In fact, due to the containment measures against Covid 19, our stadium was closed to the public for the entire 2020/21 season.
We therefore intend to open this fundraiser by giving the opportunity to donate, hoping for a season 21/22 with all of you friends and fans to recover from the economic consequences of our events and games behind closed doors.
Sportivi Ghiaccio Cortina was founded in 1924 and since then it has been, with other sports associations, the soul of Cortina having also been awarded the Gold and Silver stars of the C.O.N.I .
After having crossed the ice of the Apollonio Stadium for about thirty years, during which they graduated as Italian Champions in 1931/32, the Squirrels move house. On the occasion of the 1956 Winter Olympics, in fact, the Olympic Stadium was built which will be the scene of the other 14 Ampezzo championships which testify to the domination of the team in the 60s and 70s.
After the forced stop in 2002 due to the roofing of the building, Cortina returns from the 2003/04 season to be permanently part of the lot of the best Italian teams, almost winning the 16th championship in the following championship. After an exciting season that had the brightest star in the American MATT CULLEN, in fact, the Ampezzo people abandon their dreams of glory only in Game 7 of the final against Milan. The 16th title will come, however, at the end of the 2006/07 season again against Milan. In 2012, Hafro Cortina won the Italian Cup, beating Valpusteria in the semifinals and Bolzano in the final.
The 2019/20 season ended suddenly due to the Covid-19 pandemic but saw SG HAFRO Cortina and HC Val Pusteria tied for first place.
In the current year our team closes the season in fifth place.
